fazzle.com collects only information necessary to enhance the user experience. We ask that our users enter their zip code on the home page so that we can offer them individualized content directed to their individual. The personally identifiable information you provide to us is protected by state-of-the-art technology called the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol to ensure that your credit card transaction with fazzle.com has the highest level of security available. fazzle.com uses this security software to encrypt your credit card information so that it cannot be read as your ticketing order travels over the Internet. Just look for the closed key or lock on the bottom left corner of your browser as an indicator that you are on a secure page. Access to data is limited to our Data Services and Development Teams and is also password protected. Web security is reviewed every six months and passwords are changed accordingly.

Communication
We do not share any personally identifiable information you provide with third parties without your permission. The option of granting permission will be clearly explained within the product sign-up or service registration. The exceptions are to comply with a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, otherwise comply with law or to protect the rights or property of fazzle.com or Anvil Development Group, LLC. The only reason a user would receive mail from fazzle.com is if they voluntarily sign up for our INFOMAIL product. This product will be sent out via email to users based on what personal interests the user selects when signing up for the product.

If a user elects to use our "Email This Page to a Friend" referral service , we ask them for their friend's name and email address. Fazzle will automatically send the recipient a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Fazzle stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The recipient may contact Fazzle at admin@fazzle.com to request the removal of this information from their database.

You have the choice to "opt out" or update your current information
At any time you can go to the site and clear or change your zip code by using the "change neighborhood" option on the site, located on the "trainme" option pages. We also offer users the option to "unsubscribe" from INFOMAIL. This option is located at the bottom of the subscription page on the site. Once a user chooses to "unsubscribe" from INFOMAIL, all correspondence ceases.
